Yes it is . I really enjoy cars and always will but the get away seems so much more fulfilling right now. Life changes.

Made that sound bad...."up north" means vacation home /destination in the great lakes states. going up north in most states doesn't have that connotation.

Pex is great, even if it freezes you have a fighting chance of it not bursting. I've seen it blow up like a balloon then go back to normal when thawed.

Something about being with your family on the water in Grampa's boat. Here is me and my girls in my Grampa's 55 14 footer with a 62 Evinrude 9.9 that fires on the first pull. My Mom and Dad restored this boat in 1973 for my Grampa. We still use it to this day!

Very cool I cant look at it well the picture is too small. I think the aluminum boat I have is probably the same vintage. I need to find some oars so the kids can run it around
