This happened Saturday around the block from my house. Very long street with only two lights and a lot of fast expensive cars with entitled a holes.

Lamborghini Aventador Crash Accident New York - cut in half - YouTube

Thankfully no one was hurt, maybe just his pride, driver walked away.

The Aventador scan shed its tail if captured by a predator; it will regrow a new one.

That dark colored car turned left into the Lambo's path, thus violating his right of way.

Wasn't the Lambo driver's fault....

Dark colored car's driver probably checking his/her email....

Seems to me like the other driver was the a-hole.

Not so fast there. The driver of the dark car will lawyer up and say he couldn't determine the approching speed of the car because it was going so fast and the car from the front is so small he could bearly see it.

To me it doesn't even look like the Lambo was going that fast. I'm sitting here scratching my head.

Same here. It hooked into that car and just opened up. Scary really.

Instagram user _blondiieee__ has reported that the incident involved her brother. In this image she shows her brother’s car claiming that he’s been hospitalized but “he’s ok” and that “he was hit by a Lamborghini doing 100mph”

I'm guessing blondiee hasn't seen the video.

The Lambo's speed is difficult to determine, and it looks like it could be difficult to see, the B&W film misses a lot with the daytime conditions but the dark car did turn in front of the Lambo and he was also cutting the corner, you can clearly see that he drives over the center line, doing it correctly your rear tire should not drive over the line.

Speed may have been a factor, but the other guy clearly hit the lambo by turning across the lambo's lane when he shouldn't have.

I was in the exact same type of accident. I was on the receiving end of the the lambo except the car was a S500. I was in an intersection stopped at a light.

The Lambo was moving, notice the impact barely slowed him down. The second impact with the wall seemed to separate the rear module from the front.

Shows just how light these cars are built. Question, how do you think a Porsche would hold up? I don't see it getting severed but still...

Fault will probably start at 75/25 against the Lambo driver. After months of deliberation with insurance it will probably be 60/40 against the Lambo driver and a nice settlement (to the lawyers) will be reached. Lambo owner will get a new one, black car driver will get a new car and hopefully medical bills taken care of.
