Below $20k and a bit of style would probably clean that place up:
Rehab door(black or new stain). Widen porch footprint which should probably have metal railing by code. Fix roof obviously. Rework the weird unsupported slope line on the left wall. Cut back vines on right to widen entrance and expose custom stained windows. Add statue/ or entry element. Add better plantings. Replace homemade deck crapolla.

Thanks! I've got Nelson's throughout the house in other places. The artichoke would be pretty baller. That fixture that's there now is from Kartell.

Still slowly adding stuff to my house

I didn't take a photo of the house, but this is the backyard view from Nixon's Western White House in San Clemente. Its on the market for 68m, BTW.
