Panorama

Very nice artwork on the cover of this months Panorama, don't you think?

One of the nicest yet, and Pano always has great covers. Well done!

Panorama has become too big ,like the cars. At least they stack well with Excellence & The Star now that thay are the same size.

The new Pano is GREAT.

It is as good if not better than Excellence.

What does it matter what size it is? It stacks way better now...

When Pete Stout left Excellence and went over to Panorama things immediately changed for the better.

I believe Manny Alban had something to do with the upgrade also.

I agree, I think I will get one mounted or wrapped whatever it's called (no frame). Something about that cover I really like. Big thumbs up on the new Pano format
IMO

A 356 guy told me the following (which I have NOT confirmed - so be aware of that).

The magazine was sized to fit into a 356 glove box. It had the Porsche dealers listed in the back of the magazine. The size encouraged people who were traveling with a 356 in the pre-smart phone, pre-internet days, to carry the magazine so that if a breakdown occurred, they would be able to find a repair shop.

Pretty cool if it is true.

And, unfortunately, things at Excellence have been slipping.

Absolutely. The magazine alone is worth my PCA subscription.

I've been thinking things at Excellence mag were not as good anymore; so it wasn't just my imagination? Pano will reap the benefits of that. IMO

Yes it is true. I have heard that at several national PCA events. It was discussed during the format change as well.

I was going to post the same thing......the new Panos (and particularly this one) are amazingly better.

It's like a whole different mag!

I never read excellence, but it scary that one person's prescense or absence can have that great an effect. That's a real business concern as well.

Was is the same artist that did Shaun's shirt that I just picked up for my son?

When the new Pano arrived, I showed it to the little guy and asked him if he had seen that car/picture before. He looked at me with that impatient look (I have no idea where he gets that look from. Must be his mum...) and says " of course, that is on my shirt"... He is 5.

I really like the new Pano.

You can buy the poster, but it is a bit steep. Something like $500 I think,
