Operation Finale - meh. Watch it for free only. I was disappointed.
A.X.L. - okay to watch. Don't pay. Alpha - lame plot, fun to watch, good scenery. Completely unrealistic story, great ending. Three stars out of five. Mile 22 - very disappointing. Worst of this bunch. The Meg - dumb ripoff of Jaws. I watch too many movies, but enjoy the habit. |
Watching "The Last Detail" from 1973. GREAT movie!
Vintage Nicholson and a very young Randy Quaid's first movie, I think. |
Just re watched Road House! :D

Night before last I watched "Suspect" from 1987. Always thought it was a very good little thriller. Cher, Dennis Quaid, and Liam Neeson.... <iframe width="853" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/4ywZYcHnw4o" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> |

The MOVIE thread
Just re-watched Smokey and the Bandit as a tribute to the late B.R. Our 911SC was born the following year and I was 9.
Thinking if this was remade, what the differences would be in 2018. The funniest, being kids asking....... “Daddy, what’s a C.B. Radio?” And “Why wouldn’t they just order it on-line?” Oh the humanity[emoji849] Ride on Mr. Bandit, Snowman and Fred https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...a2a3af1a2b.png Now I must get back to work and figure the best way to drop the 911’s engine n trans Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

Thanks, Rocketman....good stuff!
Don Johnson has done some very solid film work. If you haven't seen it, check out "Dead Bang". Last night on TCM, I watched Scorsese's 'Mean Streets" from 1972. Here's a sequence from early in the movie featuring Harvey Keitel. The soundtrack for this movie was just fantastic. For any movie buff....this one is a cult classic, I would say. <iframe width="853" height="480" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/8olzDDKCUrs" frameborder="0" allow="autoplay; encrypted-media" allowfullscreen></iframe> As I have said before, on TCM there's no commercials! ;) |

Peppermint. Jenn Garner is out for revenge .Reminds me of a 70s Bronson movie. Lots of bad guys and lots of action. Pretty fun movie. I liked it.
Think she is sort of a of a John Wick chick. |
