			It's a b router. Not surprised you're having netflix issues. Get a new router, keep that one though. If you have new wifi devices, laptop, tablet, smartphone they are likely n, if you mix older b/g devices that you have with the n devices on the same wifi network the fastest speed you'll see is equal to the slowest device on the network. Meaning if you get a new n router and have b/g devices attaching to it you won't get the n speed.
