Shop space available by the hour/day/week

My landlord came to me the other day and asked if I was interested in a unit almost adjacent to where I'm at now. I'm in number 11, number 13 is available soon. These units don't become available often so I had to commit to it quickly. I'm not ready to put a crew in the space just yet.
We've talked in the past about making space available for short term usage so I thought I'd give it a try. The unit is 1000sqft which I figure could break down into five working bays. All utilities are in place and I can extend compressed air into the unit easily. I also have a mid rise lift that I can make available for an additional fee for doing brakes, shocks or other misc. tasks.
This offering will be a work in progress so to speak. Rules and restrictions will be addressed as they are identified. I'm limiting this offering to members of the Pelican community although not limited to Porsche's. I'm hoping having "like minded people" will keep things friendly and problem free. Spaces will rent for $30.00 an hour, $35.00 with the mid rise lift, the two post high rise lift in the main shop will be $45.00 an hour (when available). All utilities will be included. You supply parts and tools.
The shop is located at 10950 Tuxford St. #13 Sun Valley. If you're interested feel free to pm or call me at the shop 818 786 2181.

I hope it works out. And I hope the users are 'capable'. Sounds like fun.

I can expand my video security to include the new area but I can't broadcast like the shop cam in my previous shop. Something about the fiberoptic network doesn't allow for it.

I need to put a half cabinet shop in there for 6-9 months dedicated for these two remodel jobs we have coming up in the next two weeks. Mainly for storage, and general light duty shop use instead of running half way across town (that can kill most of the day in traffic). Most of time, we wouldn't be there, a day or two a week at most. The bulk of the woodwork will be done in our regular shop. What do you think?

Argh - now that I moved away from LA. That was a nice Saturday stint from my old house. Would have been nice to do oil changes, suspension and other jobs that are a PITA on the ground!

Hope it works out for you, lift access would be a huge benefit. That would be a huge selling point for me.

If things work out I'll consider another lift and some other shop tools. I've got a parts wash tank and a blast cabinet, a shop press. Perhaps some frequently used specialty tools to rent.

Signing the lease early next week. Things are progressing quicker than I expected.
