Recommend a simple/easy/cheap photoshop type program?
Can anyone recommend a simple photoshop type program?
I will likely mainly use to try stripes/colours on cars, change wheels etc so don't need anything too sophisticated.

One of the best pieces of Open Source software out there. Don't bother with anything else.
