Schlitz! I had an uncle that worked for the Schlitz brewery in Tyler TX. Any minor flaw/dent in the can would cause it to be rejected - and employees got first dibs on them. He could get all the free Schlitz he wanted - so was popular among the neighbors. He'd bring it home by the case every few days. He'd go to the grocery store and buy his own beer to drink - as he wouldn't drink the Schlitz.

I have no idea why, but this clip reminds me of this coaster idea

( I particularly like that last part of the scene after the wine tasting)

Post-it-pads with business card info on the back of each leaf that doubles as a coaster...I can't help it, I'm an idea guy.

But think of the trees you will save over a lifetime! It's estimated that napkins annuallyused primarily for coasters are responcilble for the deforestation of a land mass the size of Pennsylvania and that toilet paper is responsible for the near extinction of the southern soft maple. Next up, your own personal sitz bath and cloth whipey ....

M.D., I respect the direction you've taken.

However, I do prefer to leave my mark, wherever I may roam.

OHhh.... you carry your own Coaster and use it.

I read that as I carry my own Caster and use it

Thought maybe this was a nod to Detroit.

Hey, you know who might want a zebra-skin coaster?
