Halloween Costumes

My daughter Arden.

She came up with it on her own.

10 points to whoever can figure it out.

She's a fan of Star Trek, Batman, Sherlock, Dr. Who, and I can't figure out the horse.

Other than nerd/geek/comicon attendee, I'm not sure. I am sure that she'd get along with my 14 year old daughter.

Close

War Horse

Not Batman, what else has wings?

The hat and scarf go together.

So Dr. Who and Sherlock are right? I know it's not the 4th Doctor's scarf, but at least it's TARDIS blue. Both shows are run by Moffat, so they go together. Sort of.

Is she Benedict Cumberbatch? Smaug, Sherlock, Khan, and whatever he did in War Horse?

Nah, she's just a fangirl.

She has somewhat eclectic taste.

14 and her favorite band is The Beatles.

She just got started on learning Billy Joel's catalog on piano.

Extremely determined. Her HS has several Orchestras. She had to audition to see where she would be placed. She did not get into the elite orchestra she expected she would. Came home PISSED mumbling I'll show them. She worked on a couple of things, re-auditioned and got accepted. They had their first concert two weeks ago, guess who was Concert Master?

A total individual who just does not care what others think of her.

Peer pressure is not even in her vocabulary.

They have a few names.

Cumber Collective would be her thing, she'd probably punch you in the nose if called the other.

I was unaware of the "Collective" name. It's just that I was appalled when I learned the other name we are obliquely referring to.

Thankfully my daughter still thinks the world's best actor is her daddy, who does funny voices when he reads stories to her and never, ever dresses up like a werewolf.
