i am all about a woman dressing as sexy as they want. hell, i like to look. i am just saying that one cannot have it both ways.

the best i ever saw in public, was a gal playing pool at a pub (nice place, too). she was an african american gal, early twenties, pretty good looking. she was wearing skin-tight pants, a bowler, and a completely see through black blouse. no bra. and she was playing pool right in front of the giant windows out to the street, ground level. i pulled up in my car to a literal mob of men on the sidewalk, cat-calling and carrying on. Thanks, good thoughts. It is arguably a complex dilema for both genders. The deep primitive side of the brain biology fighting with the parts of the cortex that is trying to hold back the monkey-part of the brain. Kind of a Power struggle between genetics and cultural rules. War and sex will bring out the ape-part, sooner with some individuals than others and in less culturally accepted settings.
Both men and women have tools and strategies that can come into play in order to reach an effect. The more sex appeal I deside to display, the more I will "risk" the less culturally hampered individuals of the opposite sex to unleash their biologically driven behavior patterns. I can choose to get upset and lose my good temper raving about it as unacceptable, but thats beyond the Point and fruitless. In a sense its a game between the sexes and has Always been. Both parties knows the "rules" as far as action and plausible reaction. Everyone need to find their own strategy and finding a balance.

Strange interpretation. We must have watched two different videos, the one that is being discussed for the most part here is of a woman who is definitely not wearing clothes that are "two sizes too small"...

She is fairly average looking, certainly not smoking hot or unusual in any way. Just an "everywoman" the likes of which there are millions in NYC and everywhere else for that matter. The fact that she may be a little overweight might make her appealing to certain, umm...demographics.

Once again, Ryan Gosling or someone like him is not walking around in a Village People costume. That is some weird fantasy for the sake of a strawman argument. Has any woman ever cat-called a dude in the world? Surely it's happened but the differential in strength between men and women completely negates the comparison in terms of possible fear and intimidation for the receiver of said cat-call.
