Wink Better Call Saul

Anyone else watching?

I love it.....you can tell it's written by Vince Gilligan from Breaking Bad just by the style and storyline.

Bob Odenkirk was one of my favourite characters in BB.

Can't wait for the second episode later tonight!

Better Call Saul – AMC

Just watched the first episode... I'm hooked (though I knew I would be). Loved the lead into next week

BTW, it was a most watched series debut on cable ever. The best part of the series is they wont have to write an ending, its already been done!

Absolutely, Mike and Tuco, already. No telling who all will show up. When Walt and Skyler were looking for a business to launder all their cash, didn't Saul show them the Nail / Pedicure joint where Saul has his office ??

Was expecting Mike to be in the show, definitely was not expecting Tuco Salamanca. Giggled like a little girl when he popped out of that front door.

Not sure if it is as good as the hype, but pretty good show. Using so many Breaking Bad characters in pretty ingenious. Makes the show a little better than the sum of its parts for the loyal Breaking Bad crowd while still a good show for the uninitiated. Having lived in Albuquerque for many years, it is cool to have shows with familiar surroundings and themes. Most shows are set in places like LA or NY....or some very homogenous suburb.

Love the character. The show is good, pobably needs a few more episodes to ramp up to it's potential.

Anyone know what illness Chuck has?

Loved the desert scene with Tuco....much homage to BB!

Seems like Mike is going to have a big part in the show, but Tuco was maybe just a cameo?

"The only way that car is worth $500 is if there is a $300 hooker sitting in it."
Good line to remember the next time your looking at car to buy.

Gilligan always has these crappy cars in his shows....

I just figured out what Chuck's illness is....some kind of aversion to electromagnetic forces. Remember he had typed out that letter to the Scandinavian professor and wanted Jimmy to get it translated into Finnish, saying the professor had been doing research on the electromagnetic effects on Zebra fish.

Breaking bad is probably the best modern tv drama of all time. I'm glad they're making this.

It's very intriguing for sure.
I think the opening scene where Saul works in Nebraska as a Cinnabon employee,is where he conceals his identity after Breaking Bad saga forces him to go rogue, and the whole show is him remembering his pre Breaking Bad era.I think depending on the success of the show we definitely gonna see the,Mr. White and Pinkman again.
