The "aw shucks" Kentucky hill country thang is a bit over the top at times, but the wife and I enjoy it. Interesting how a lot of the cast came over from Deadwood series.
As long as there is a Boyd vs Raylan "feud" going on, another season could happen

I love the show, but I think it's run it's course. Boyd has nobody left to kill and some of the characters have turned out darker than they started (Wynn Duffy).
This wanna be cowboy on the scene all the sudden is kinda odd.... They have killed off some interesting characters before they got their due. Beard Guy, the Creole dude from a few seasons ago.

Hoping they give it a good send off. The Crow season was flat, IMHO. Before that it was very good.
Of note, as far as I can remember, Raylan didn't shoot anyone all season...

This whole plot device is reminiscent of the Maltese Falcon and the "pocket edition desperado" Wilmer Cook. Rayland has a lot of experience taking guns away from pocket edition desperados so he will have no trouble there.

I'm curious how Raylan will settle things. It seems as if the only way he'll clear things with the Marshals is to come back with Boyd, Ava, and the money, and I just can't see him turning in Ava now that Vasquez has said he plans to screw her over.
