New computer
My old computer is semi-daid.
I bought an Apple rig after the badgering the wife gave me. Well, after 15 years of Microsoft, getting proficient is a ways off......it's a PITA, in fact. It does work quickly, tho, and if this post pops up.....my first baby step. ![]()

I've been a Microsoft guy since 1988. I have tinkered with Linux and Unix a couple of times over the years. I'd never tried Mac until about 1.5 years ago when I got the missus a Macbook Air. I have to say, I'm impressed (and I don't think there's anything wrong with Windows). My next system will probably be an iMac. I almost bought one about 9 months ago, but my current system works too well to justify the expense of a new system.
I was also a diehard Android guy. I bought an iPad Air about 1.5 years ago, and then earlier this year, both the missus and myself upgraded to iPhones. Back in the beginning, I thought that Android was the superior system based on features. These days, I think they are pretty neck-and-neck feature-wise. So now the big feature that Apple has over Android is the interoperability between all of the devices.

I've never been an"interoperability" type of guy.
While fooling with this thing, however, I had a face to face chat with my son in CA......it was a "Cloud" thing.....I think ![]() I gotta get a handle on the basic stuff before I tread there again.
