First time in 18 months, 911 on the road

My Saturn broke down about a month ago. It turned out to be the shifter linkage to the gearbox. Got it fixed, and it broke again yesterday. They're going to fix it under the repair warranty.

Decided it was time to drive the 911 again. I haven't been driving it much over the last six years. Much at all... I really need to drive it more.

I also decided to test out the windshield mount I got when I bought my Samsung Galaxy S5 phone earlier this year. I'd say it works pretty darn good. That S5 sure shoots some nice 4K video.

Part of it I think has been driving around with one mis-matched wheel. Ever since I broke the left rear... I've been self-conscious abut driving it like that. Want to find another white/anodized wheel for it.

Sad thing is, I may end up selling it soon, to raise down payment funding for a house. Some financial surprises since March have made the accounts dwindle.

Nothing like the sight of those boobs out over the windshield. I have not driven any of my p cars in over 2 years now. I should be ashamed of myself, but some things in life just happened, and there they sit.
Like you, I really need to get off my arse and pile some miles on them.

Yep, I sure did. He's a little too big for the back seat!

Dang Wolfe, you're panting a lot. Removed the A/C compressor to lighten it up?

I'm heading your way Wolf, with SC in tow. Let's go for a drive once I get up there.
Your pup sounded stoked to be out in the 911 again.
It sounds pretty sweet for having been sitting so long.

Cheers Richard

Considering that we've been able to get a 200lbs Great Dane in the back of a 911, I'm calling BS.
