155 in a certain 914-6
195 in a 912/ 935 :D La Carrera Classic Started life as a 912, became a SCCA D/P road racer, I got a hold of it and it was slippery slope all the way to a ex Kremer 935 single turbo motor pushing the 935-ish body through the air. You can imagine the anxiety build as you keep the top speed down a 12 mile long stretch of highway south of the border  Mandaracing (posting above) rescued me from further "slope disease" by purchasing it and racing it himself |

130 and still climbing in my old 86 Carrera Cab on US 10 across the CA/AZ desert.
120+ several times in the 993. For some reason the 86 felt more planted at speed. |
Got my old SC up past 120 at Lowes Motor Speedway. Smooth as silk, and I wanted more, but I could not change the laws of physics, man.

150 at a Daytona DE event

164 in my buddies c2 at an event at Texas World Speedway - the next event they put the kink in the straight away.
142 on an undisclosed bridge - late at night - absolutely no traffic |
Not sure if this counts but about 150-155mph as a passenger in a BMW M5 for a long period of time while on the autobahn early nineties as a buddy of mine drove me to the airport. We got caught and passed by an 850i and watched him fade off in the distance as he pulled away.
