I see it in baby blue with at least 6 layers of clear coat.

Your eyes are probably OK, it could be my $9 camera and 10 cent skills. Besides you might not want to see it clearly.

I don't think you need to worry about parking it at the mall.

I like the sensation of speed you capture in those images.

It's easy, been at it for years. Besides those are "spy" photos. This after all is a
prototype. I live next door, do you really want me to take better photos? Right, I thought not.

Same here. I can't get into the rat rod craze. Looks like a project that ran out of money.

Interesting. Galaxy taillights, some sort of farm-equipment for a bed; if I'd guess, those stacks are looks only, and the headlights almost look like Mini-Cooper.

Somebody would probably pay too much to own it, though...

The guys on Roadkill shortened a 1950 F650 that actually looks practical in comparison!

I was waiting for your response, I knew you'd like it. I like it for the same reasons.
But surprisingly, this being a Porsche forum, lots of people are OK with a lot of this stuff. Guess that's why I show this stuff here. I mean we all have Porsches, but it shows a willingness to embrace other stuff too.

Good guys here, but not all forums are as kind to cars not in their realm./

looks good but the grade-schooler designed box termination and galaxie tail lights appear to be the ideas of someone else

Studebaker is my guess too. The only truck of that era that came with a factory chopped top.
The pics I posted of the rusted beauties here near Sedona Az in the junkyard thread are just a small part of an unusual collection of oldies , mostly Stuebakers gathered there. Unusual in that most are running but completely untouched cosmeticly.
Called the King mine, it worth a visit if in the area.

Keep posting these cool rides Yellow. It's clear we have a wide range of interests here.
Which does make for a fun bunch to hang out with.

Cheers Richard

I like the rake and the way the tires fill the fenders, but I'm just not a huge fan of these rodneys that are assembled out of stuff from the boneyard. I've seen some that look good, but for the most part, these rods look like a couple of Saturdays and a few short cases of beer...., but, that's just me.

(Probably not the case with the pickup that you posted pics of).

(I do like your Chevy, though, Y.P. Your car looks like something a young guy would have built back in the day as funds became available:
Get it running, get it driving, get the rolling stock set up just-so, get it legal, do some body work, make it go faster. Paint and bodywork and interior are last on the list, but the owner is real proud of all the work he put into it, and it is definitely a hot rod.)

Except the Nash.

Pretty sure it is a 41 Nash pickup.
Front is a modified 41 Nash Ambassador. Same sheetmetal, different grilles.

So right you are Tcar. I finally goggled the Nash, hadn't realized they even made trucks. Yep they have the chopped top too.
Learn something new frequently around here.

Cheers Richard
