ha! you should have known me before I did all those drugs in the late 70's and early 80's. Or was it late 80's and early 70's? Wait a minute...I'm how old? Let's see, carry the two...anyone got some vice grips?

How about the Maserati Bora? That might have come close.
300 bhp and quoted speed "in excess" of 280 kph. OK the factories exaggerated a lot at that time, but it's getting closer to 185 and one eightyfive sounds good.
