I believe this should be an entry in the dictionary under "enabling":
Please help me and my family as we have exausted all of our funds. We spent all of our money on lottery tickets (expecting to win the 1.5 billion) and are now in dire need of cash. With your small donation of at least $1.00, a like and one share, I’m certain that we will be able to pick ourselves up from the trenches of this lost and spend another fortune trying to hit it big again! PLEASE, won’t you help a family in need. DONATE NOW. This is bad enough, I almost wonder if it isn't someone with a twisted sense of humor and irony just having fun?

It helps me to be more optimistic about humanity when I think that way.

This is sad..
Awhile ago I saw something similar in a guy had shorted a stock and the next day it sky rocketed. He placed his entire 35k in his etrade account on it. Well the next day he was on the hook for over 100k ha and started a gofundme fund. Get rich quick doesn't really happen and some are willing to put it all on the line.. Some people just don't get it.

Reading the original ad/solicitation, while the grammar isn't perfect, it seems fishily better than one would expect if penned by someone dumb enough to blow all their money on lotto tix.

I suspected the same thing-- seemed like a joke. I bet the picture was also not "Cinnamon." Just checked the site and the page has been removed.
