Tuesday status for Elissa Hase ....
First shower in 11 days. I had to cut her hair today. So sad but it needed to be done. Today was small milestones. All IV antibiotics have been stopped. Battling CDEF to get her immune system better. Oxygen still a problem maybe caused from a blood clot, but the treatment of blood thinners is not an option because a bleed in the brain is getting better but still there. Main goal is to gain weight and increase strength. Still has a long ways to go.

First time with a new haircut and getting to see the outside of her room. Going down for Sushi. A huge accomplishment. 😀😀😀😀😀

From Gary.....She hit a home run the last few days. Her weight is really down and now eating for the last 2 days. We told her we were going downstairs to look at some food and she said she wanted to go too. The first time out of her room in 38 days if you don't count 11 days in the ICU
