I once asked a RR salesman how much HP does a RR motor put out. His answer was that it was "adequate."
Which was understatement meaning more than enough to do the job. Also Mil Spec is another way of saying it means the bare requirements. |

I'm going to be the contrarian here. (I know - you?)
I don't like the options on the poll. To me, the CS needs to have a talk with marketing. That's lousy promotion, but is it bad customer service? If they promise service that is adequate for your needs and they deliver, I don't see a problem. What ticks me off is a company that promises excellent service and delivers service that is less than adequate. They can PROMISE anything, it's what they deliver that counts.
