I'll bet any amount of money up to a dollar that the new path 'upload25' has a permission problem with the web server config.

Me too - yesterday I couldn't upload a pic - never had issues before, and I got no error message when I completed the posting.
I also could not steer to it (the picture I had posted) later when I typed the path/string directly into my browser URL window.
I have the same platform I did before.

Safari on iPad and iPhone iOS 8.4 crashes when I click on the yellow square to insert an image.

TBH, I think this was happening before the DB upgrade.
