Not Spoons No Forks Just Knives

These are my Thrift Store knife finds:



3 middle knifes Heckles Pro S, top Chef and Slicing Fiodur Henckles, bottom slicer Gustav Miller.



Victornix Forschner. 10 inch Chef in the middle




Wuschoff, 8 inch Chef in middle

Dexter 10 inch Chef, Chinese Chef, and a Forge Craft Carbon



Chicago Butcher, Hofritz Utility, and a Mundial 7 inch Santoku



The best for last a hand forged 5 inch Masamoto? Chef. This one was expensive, I got it for $1.00 at an estate sale.

All the others were 1.50 to 3 or 4 dollars max.

me too.

i sold my two vintage carbon knives on some forum for $80 each..one of them i got for free.

i cant stand large piles of stuff anymore. all my bass fishing stuff is going into the donation bin.

What a bunch of tarnished worn out old steel. Don't suppose you are interested in unloading any of it at the smallest profit over your thrift store prices?
