Got to admire this guy. At a very casual outdoor restaurant. The cat eyeballs me then puts one foot on me, then two feet, then hops on my lap and helps himself to the fish meal I was eating. Fills his stomach then curls up and has a sleep. Not bad going for a wild cat in Rarotonga.

I drink from a togo container when I work in the garage. I tend to break glass.
wife and I cannot have a glass of water out for long. before you know it, cat is drinking from the vessel. you simply cannot trust an open container at my home. leaving a glass of water on the nightstand is not an option for us. hahah grrrr.http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634919815.jpg |

This is Delilah (not her real name - that's what we named her) - she actually lives next door.
She comes over every now and then for snacks and to just hang out. She's full of mats and stickers, but won't let us brush her. She'll let me pet her, but growls when I do so - yet she lets me. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634997603.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634997603.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634997603.jpg http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1634997603.jpg |

Once I left open the top of a big bag of kitty litter. Never again, I thought to myself. Then one of the kids (I think) did the same with a tub of it. |
New to the household. Trying to get it and the dogs together.

Well, Percy got into it again; luckily this time it was just a gash on his head and a couple of other scrapes. I was able to clean him up myself without a vet visit.

Carlotta is around 12 years old now. For the winter, I wrap a heating pad in an old towel and put it wherever her current favorite hangout happens to be.
