Sebastian likes to sit on top of my PC, so I put down a towel to make it a little more comfy

Well this is embarrasing! It turns out "Sebastian" is a girl...

Sebastianna? I had a cat named Tiger as a kid. Had to rename it Tigress after "he" had kittens.

Embarrassing and avoidable creating another litter.
This female cat was dumped in my friends front yard.
We got her shots, spayed and was adopted soon after by a friend.
Olive named after her black olive marking on her nose.

Well maybe Sebastian is just being gender neutral. It's very trendy these days.

widebody911 02-17-2022 07:47 AM

Well, I found out when I took "him" down to get fixed

Same thing happened to my sister and her cat. Instead of being $100, it's $300 LOL

Had to put my beautiful little boy, Mr. Buttons, to sleep this morning. Woke up to him crying in pain and paralyzed from the waist back. He suffered a blood clot. Saddle thrombus. Drove as fast as we could to an animal hospital but there was nothing they could do. Poor fella was only 7 years old. He bonded with my wife as soon as we got him a little over 6 years ago. At night he would jump on our bed and start calling to the wife. As soon as she hopped into bed, he'd cuddle up to her and stay there all night. Devastated.

Terrible thing to lose a friend like that.
Very odd, saddle thrombus, never heard of that till this year but have heard 4 people now that had that happen to their cat.. :(
