Meh...I build those all the time with my Harbor Freight corded hand drill and angle grinder! It takes a weekend.

I believe that the craftsman in question answers that in one of the vids info sections ....A ME professor

It is very cool that he is using 19thC methodologies. ( lots of sawing and filing )

OK, I'm pretty sure, with all of the fancy equipment his videos and some guidance, I could make my own screw.



But what I shudder to think about is the act of making several identical screws.
