the early bird catches the worm, but the second mouse gets the cheese.
I like to do everything late for the most part. Since having kids I have struggled to find time to get exersize. For a while I did the before work gym routine, It is really hard for me to do, but It really made me feed great in the day Unfortunatly I havent kept it up

Yes.
I bike everywhere, so I get it morning, afternoon and evening. Base commute of 10 miles from my house or 20 from my girlfriend's, plus whatever else I need to do during the day. Biggest was probably ride to market and back, then ride out to far burbs for beer and back, clean up and ride to birthday party and back, get home at 1AM with 115 miles under my belt.

It depends on my schedule but since I have a pretty complete home gym I can vary the time somewhat....I'm at "the gym" in 30 seconds should I decide to go for it! Usually it's weight/circuit training 3 times a week in the am and cardio 2-3 times a week at around 8:30-9:00 pm.

It used to be morning or nothing for me. Once the day started I could not relax enough to work out. The only time that wasn't true is when I was training for a marathon. I had to get in the miles no matter what.
Now that I'm retired I exercise all day long. Before, it was a rare day that my Fitbit recording topped 10,000 steps. Now I clear over 20k nearly every day.

Don't know that I'd call them "workouts", but every morning at 7:00am, my dog and I hit the road for a 1-mile walk/run. Return to the house, get ready for work and do the day. Get home around 6:45 and then at 7:00pm, we hit the road for our 2-mile walk/run.
He has me on a strict 12-hour routine! The "workouts" aren't really intense, but the metabolism rate has certainly been increased. I've dropped 35 pounds in the last 6 months! Randy

I recently started jogging at 6:00am before my babies (twins) wake up. I have a 3 mile loop directly from my house that I run/walk slowly in just under 30 minutes, then get home and have a shower before I have a waking baby(ies) to feed and change. I did an evening run last night about 8:00pm, and my energy level differences were amazing. I felt so much better and stronger in the evening. I may need to adjust my exercise schedule to begin in the evenings after the babies go to bed...
