Garage Floor sealer - Lithium Silicate?

I just had two new garages built and want to treat the concrete before I use them. I've been researching sealers and the Lithium Silicate based products appear to be the way to go. I don't want to paint the floors or use anything that requires maintenance.

Anyone have experience with these sealers?

There are many brands out there. Lion Hard looks interesting: https://laticrete.com/en/our-products/concrete-construction-chemicals/hardeners-and-toppings/liquid-chemical-hardeners-densifiers/lionhard

Looks easier to install than the epoxy paint I used years ago.

I have used lots of Lithium.

Assuming floor has no curing agent or sealer. Scrub floor with water to clean. Let dry as long as possible. A couple of days is great.
Apply one coat of Llithium. Depending on the temperature and humidity, apply second coat a few hours later.

Ideally you want to apply it at 1000 square feet per gallon per coat.

The next day, buff with high-speed buffer ( 1500-2500 rpm) and burnishing pad.

This is a NAPA Auto Parts that we did earlier this year with Lithium.
