Windows 10 pro question
OK, I have a simple question, I think. It has me stumped however.
I recently set up a brand new fresh computer with Windows 10 professional. I have most of the bloatware that Microsoft stuffs into the OS deleted now. It is a computer on my local network used by me. No one else uses the computer, just me. When it boots, the I am an administrator. It is set up just like my other computers. The issue is I am constantly trying to delete a file or program and the system warns me, I have to have administrator rights to delete or move a file. I am the administrator! It will delete it and I continue on. So the question is how do I get it to act like the other computers, and just delete the file or do the task and not warn me that I have to be an administrator. It is like warning me that I have to use the mouse or keyboard to delete the file, I can't just will it to be so.

Turn off User account control -
Click the start button In the search box, start typing "uac s" until you see "Change User Account Control Settings" Pick that. Move that slider all the way to "never notify" Close out and reboot. |
