Walking Dead starts tonight

Man, I hope they didn't ruin it with budget cuts.

Semi-spoiler alert. Continuity Check Please!

I have a big problem with tonight's episode.
It was good.. but...

Group of people driving down the highway.
Group of people stopped by blockage.

OK, I can accept both of those things. Traffic happens, right?

Group of people are beset upon by a roving troupe of zombies walking down the highway.
FROM BEHIND.

Group of people would have had to drive through roving troupe of zombies in order to get to the blockage.

(those of you who have it DVR'ed, pay attention to the scene where dude spots the zombies from the top of the camper - which direction is it and the yellow Suburban-y thing facing....hmm?)

Wolfe, the zombie troupe could've been walking through the wooded area and came out onto the highway after the blockage occurred.

I watched about 15 minutes of this... Talking Dead – AMC ...and it was good for a few laughs and "what if's" and questions like yours. They took phone calls and emails.

COulda been,.

Here's the exact spot where the filming occured. They could have come from the road just down the hill... but I find it unlikely that a very dense troupe of dead folk would just be traipsing through to woods.

What if it was Michael Rooker who shot the deer and Carl?

I've read the graphic novel compendium (huge brick, all B&W) after season 1 - so this episode's ending was a little ruined for me, my bad, I now wish I hadn't... still a great show! I *really* hope they move away from the graphic novel story at some point in the future, probably around season 3, I guess (I won't spoil anything by saying when exactly), because there is stuff in there I do *NOT* wanna see happen on TV !! They probably would not dare anyway... I hope...

Checking the zombie's gut for contents ? Ugh ! Nice touch !

Awesome! I can't believe it's been almost a year since season 1.

Season opener of walking dead on amc. Cop is pouting because he wants some ass. Blond chick is pouting because she wants to off herself. 20 minutes of prayer and other crying from various characters. All of this added up = suckage. Thanks AMC, for nothing.

Gonna watch it in about 20 minutes, if I fall asleep I DVR'd it. The S2, E1 was OK. For an independent show its pretty entertaining.

My concern is....Why are they driving ,old shi####, beat up, bad gas mileage cars and RV's that keep breaking down and running out of gas. When you could pick or choice something so much better. And why would you leave a perfectly good M1 Abrams just lying around? At least pick up a nice used Bradley.... better than a 1970 RV.
