My ice rink has about 8" of water on top of about 8" of ice now! The water is overflowing the bank as the overflow pipe can't handle all the water flowing into it. Hope it all freezes smooth, but with the snow, I'm not holding my breath. :(

thats funny

A week or so ago it was single digits here, today almost 60.

Wow what a difference 15 hours makes! Yesterday 60º and rain, then last evening about 7:00 it turns to snow. Wake up this morning to 14º temp and 20" of snow on the ground! Will be cold all week with more snow, and then high 40's by the weekend.

Much better to be a player than a spectator. How did it go?

8* F right now . We are going to have snow on the ground for a while, I think.

Not as bad as I’d thought it would be, but it never is if you dress for it!

We played to a 1-1 tie, which we were pretty happy with, considering our record!

That's what they said for Akron. High was 27-ish.

Thing is the high is maybe a two hour window?

Weary of this.

Finally got 22 degrees today (warmest in a week) and sunny, but that gusting 35 mph wind will take your breath away. Still snow blowing across most roads which makes travel dicey. Should be near 60 on Saturday with a stretch of rain setting in for a few days.

Hope to get the Porsche out of the snow on Saturday.
