Yeah, Im lucky enough to have a couple of CMC models, the Type D Auto Union and the w165 Mercedes.
The hand laced wire wheels are works of art. Expensive, but not unreachable. I had no idea that the C9 had increased in value that much. A good investment!

Wow Rob, the mechanical details on that Merc are so realistic, I wasn't sure if the pics were of an actual wrecked race car. Truly amazing details. Even the seatbelts look warn in.
I'd love to see your mini tools, mill , lathe etc used to replicate those parts. Cheers Richard |
