Bingo, it moves with the chrono function to count one minute per second hand revolution.
I'm not sure why you would want to set it with the lower pusher.

I own that model as well and mine is quartz. I don't think I've seen an automatic version.

Mine is battery powered as well. I don't remember seeing an auto-wind version in the catalog at the time.
