From the fuzzy pic, that maybe a Shinamo crank, low end. For sure shimano shifters, but then again, people put them on later. The parts can be mixed and matched over the years so it really makes no difference on what type of frame. I say its a slightly better frame then your typical water pipe frame of the time. The cost on this new I suspect falls between 350-400 bucks in the early to mid 90s?

Looks like typical shimano 8 spd. Maybe Ultegra or even 105? I remember my 8 spd Dura Ace's little shifter behind the lever was not gray or plastic. It was alum

That saddle too, not what you'd find on a high dollar bike. It is what fat people that never ride install because they think their ass hurts less.

no not rare.

need to see the name or model of the parts on the bike,

I don't know the levels of the campy stuff but if they say "superbe pro" you have the top of the line. GREAT stuff. some of the smoothest bearings in hubs I have ever felt.

I had a johnson named frame that had all campy bits
on a hand made Italian 531 frame sold under a small bikeshop's label
about the same as the old Colnago or a very old Raleigh PRO I also had

I concur! Dang are these being taken with a flip-phone? He could probably draw a more clear picture.
