LOL, his site and company is very fkced up:
Team | Lit Motors
Natalia Amijo: is not in his company anymore(?), but still listed. She has had two other assignments since that.
Stefano Villanti: look at the links in his desciption.
Also for other persons listed on the Team-page: a lot of online drug buy/discription-links in the descriptions.

it said the same thing in the original article, that his case against SCRAMP, the county & mazda was thrown out by the judge. the club promoting the event is still being sued by mr kim and could still jeopardize track days as we know them in the future.

so, no new news in that link.
