Freddie Mac's day off
He thought he was going to play video games all day. But turned out to be "wax the car day". He was good at it and didn't seem to mind, once the shock wore off.
We had fun, and I know he'll do it again with less fuss next time.

Nice! As someone who spent hours helping my grandfather tinker and clean his cars, that brings back some great memories. You are fostering a great little car guy!

He's a good kid
I started very early with him. "OK, Freddie, up to your room and make your bed.
"WHAT" he exclaimed. That was the first time. Ever since, he makes his bed, empty's the trash in the bathroom and refills the T.P. in bathroom. He might disagree, but he enjoys it. We'll go on to other things as he grows up. Most other kids, his age, (9) don't do much for chores. A shame really. |
