A lot of the "Craft" beers here in NZ are going the way of screw cap... how lame is that,

Inside door latch hook thingie on a car door can sometimes work.

Of course, when I'm handed an unopened beer bottle I usually ask myself "Why didn't she open the beer when she got it from the 'fridge? Did I do something to piss her off?"

That's what I use, so it makes a really loud pop and hits the ceiling.

I've got a spot next to my deck and a spot on the tailgate of my truck I use.

It's a pretty manly expression of manliness to pull a couple cold ones out of a cooler in the bed and pop the tops on the tailgate and hand one to a buddy after a hard day's work.

It's quite simple to pop a beer cap off using a 2nd bottle. You can even open the 2nd bottle by temporarily putting the 1st cap back on the already opened bottle. Do it all the time ..

You can use the handles on craftsman tool chests. But it will ding the drawer.

Until my twisted tea lights stop using screw tops I won’t have that problem.

Not half as lame as the whole ‘craft’ thing.

A couple of the 'cool' ways involving an open penknife, held blade down, could use some re-thinking.
When did it become unfashionable to carry an 2 1/2 inch light-weight piece of aluminum?

Screwdriver levered off your thumb joint. Side cutters, grab the whole side and twist up.
