I wanted a savory (vs sweet) version of oat meal. I tried bacon bits and sauteed onions which was good, but then you've got to do that extra cooking. I eventually settled on a little soy sauce and some cheese. Quote:

My son once added cayenne powder and tuna to mac n cheese. I thought that was gross, but one day I heated some that he'd had leftover up because I didn't realize that it wasn't just mac-n-cheese. Since I'd heated it up, I figured I needed to eat it since it wouldn't likely heat up well a second time. It was actually very tasty. I assume oat meal with soy sauce and chunks of cheese would be considered weird by most (I know my wife won't touch it). |

Snyder's sourdough pretzels and milk (preferably chocolate) or with ice cream.
Peanut butter, jelly and banana on a flour tortilla shell Mike |

I don't/won't eat this, but I know a dude who orders the infamous "Hawaiian Pizza" whenever his wife gives him a kitchen pass to leave the house. Not as strange as some of the other combos here, but not good when you're more of a "purist"...

 that balti stuff looks delicious!
For me----Red wine and walnut brownies frozen fries or tater tots right out of the bag crab mustard (yellow only, not green). I dip fries and of course claw meat in it. |

I'm sure to catch heat for this, but I'm always amazed at the number of items people put into their chicken or tuna salad!!!! I tend to be a purist with most things. The protien is really meant to be the star. For tuna: salt, pepper, chopped celery (or celery salt), mayo, and a nice squeeze of lemon. The condiments go on the actual sammy (lettuce, onion, tomato, etc...) not in the salad.
Same for chicken salad: salt, pepper, celery salt, chopped celery, mayo, and maybe one other spice. None of this grapes, walnuts, raisins, prunes, apples, yada for me. |

Being raised by Dutch parents I ate more than my share of sugar sandwiches with butter :)
http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1528991386.jpg Took my wife to Holland and ordered french fries from a street vendor. They came fresh out of the fryer wrapped in a news paper cone and topped with fritessaus. My wife was disgusted - she was expecting ketchup. After one taste she was hooked and her take on fritessaus is a staple in our home. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1528991648.jpg I will put avocado on just about anything. |

I used to work for a company that had it's headquarters in Pittsburgh. I remember the sandwiches and salads being topped with french fries...Primanti Bros?
Also Poutine (Canada) is interesting; fries, gravy, and cheese curds!!! I liked it! |

Peanut butter on toast with a big chuck of cheese on the side.
When I eat chocolate fudge, it's so good to have potato chips after. Raw hot peppers with all my meals. |

OH MAN...this also works for me, in EVERY way:
