Mrs WD is out of town for a couple of days. I get cravings when she's gone (for food, too) and I indulge myself because - I can.
Today's menu - Manwich with corn and onions, canned peas, cottage cheese, kettle cooked potato chips. I may never have this combination again, but it's like a laundry list of things I like that she would NEVER eat. http://forums.pelicanparts.com/uploa...1529003085.jpg |
^^^^okay..now we are cooking with GAS!! WOW!!

Manwich with corn and onions sounds great! Reminds me of stuffed green pepper without the pepper.

Cheddar cheese and peanut sandwich. Also like Hawaiian pizza, something about the sweet/salty/sour combo. Local place makes a In-n-Out pizza, cheese pizza with ground beef, fresh tomato and lettuce, drizzled with thousand island. |
Peanut butter and hard boiled egg sammich.
|
Braunschweiger and grape jelly on toast.

Peanut butter, American cheese with mayo and lettuce sandwich.

Balut with avocado sriracha mole.

First had this in Ethiopia...salt in black coffee - amazing!

I'd love to have some good Canadian style poutine with fresh curds some time, but I'm not holding my breath since I don't expect to be in or near Canada any time soon. |

Same goes for the other things I posted...they are ingredient combinations that seem to work, maybe a little strange until you've tried them. Still, I despise Hawaiian pizza...:D:D |
Agreed balut is a non-starter
