Well since this is new I figured I would put some useful info in it to get things rolling

WOW Ben, just read the whole thread, very awesome. Any body folks out there have a guesstamit of what a shop would charge for such a conversion?

Great work, however I am hoping maybe you can post a picture or two of the dirty work. You know the bondo and the blocking to get such an awesome curve to the fenders, esp the rears!!!

wish I had more pics but none.. But I did block the whole thing never used a DA except nocking things down or just doing a quick once over ..

I start blocking everthing with 180 then bring it down to 320 then wet sand it at 400 then squirt it. of course guide coats in between and a good amount of buildable sandable but most got sanded off .. a fun process none the less and have shot a few cars since this was done with great results..

$10 hours per fender to do it right

That sounds great. I've got the front turbo fenders and a novice like me can bolt on parts, but real skill is needed to weld those flares right. Just say when and I'll drive her up.
