Round vs. teardrop headlight squirters
My 1986 targa used to have teardrop-shaped headlight washer squirters in the bumper. When the bumper had to be replaced, the shop received one with holes for the round style squirters. An extra mounting pin on the teardrop ones meant they wouldn’t fit the new bumper. Was there a particular year or model that used the round ones rather than the teardrop ones? I’ve seen both styles on cars of this era.

As I recall it changed in 85, round. Shop got you the 78-84 washer nozzle.

My 85 coupe has teardrop shape. I believe my 84 did as well.
