Where do I get one of these things.

The cover for the brake lines is old and looks like crap. What is everyone else doing with this? I can't find it in the Porsche parts list either.

Maybe grab one of those flexible plastic/polyethylene cutting boards in black and use the original as a template?

Isn’t it made of door card material?

I've used a product called alucobond ( a metal/plastic composite used for signs) to replace the floorboards, and any other random cardboard material like the cover for the fans that is curved and it's worked quite well and looks nice . A commercial sign company should have random pieces in stock

If your car is the one in the pic above... that part looks just fine. Time weathered parts do not look bad. Not everything needs to be new all the time, AFAIC.

I made one out of aluminum. I really didn't want to have cardboard...

Agree. Full stop.

However..........

Please let me make my pitch for this stuff then I will shut up.

The SEM paint is like a flat-ish satin paint that blends in with most everything seamlessly. It will not draw attention to the part. It will just look proper.

Done.
