Lets see those non-factory wide body builds.
I have always wanted a wide body 911, so i'd like to see what routes people have taken to create theirs.
My thinking was IROC frt/RR bumpers, 930 fenders, and 930 rear metal... what else is needed in the mix? Front control arms? Thanks all! |

tdw28210 Please tell me more, steel?, glass?, full 930 fenders?
If you can share what you used please, i'm trying to gt my head around this. I have seen many people post about how hard this is and how much work there is... i'm having a hard time seeing all the work needed. Bolting on 930 fenders should be pretty simple, the hard part I can see being fitting the rear quarter sheet metal. |

So if your attempting a conversion you would need the following:
930 Front fenders 930 rear flares or 930 rear quarter? Which is better and why? Fiberglass front and rear bumpers What am I missing here? Any little bits and pieces? What about suspension track width adjustment? Front control arms? Thanks, |

Here is mine, a 1972 that was converted to a short hood back in the 80's. It was a track car forever and is currently being converted back to a street car.
