Turns out the 3" tubes are too long for the engine cover to close. Gotta cut them down a little bit but otherwise, everything looks good!

This adapter plate will use silicone couplers to connect to the Triumph t595 and T509 throttle bodies. Velocity stacks will clamp to the 10mm of the tubes that protrude inside of the PMO rain hats and K&n filters. Once I get the velocity stacks in I'll fit everything together and post another pic.

Got the tubes cut down a little and mounted the adapter plate to the PMO rain hats. Notice the nice round entrance for airflow.

Ok, all done with necessary changes to fit inside the rain hats and under the engine deck lid. These clear the factory triumph aluminum fuel rails too. You do have to use a short fuel press regulator or use an extension to mount it back further away from the rain hats.

First picture is with the adapter plates and the velocity stacks mounted to them. Everything is pretty close to the same ID all the way down to the throttle plates.

Next up is a picture of everything all put together and ready to mount on the triumph ITBs.

Ended up costing me way more than I wanted to have these made up but it is pretty close to perfect for my setup. Now, just need to get my transmission back together and the motor back into the car and take it for a spin.

If anyone out there is running the Triumph ITBs and is looking for a similar setup, I had extra plates made up and would sell them to you for my cost plus shipping. IM if you're interested.

Do they sell those at the Harbor Freight? I have a coupon...

To be honest, i'd never heard of a rotary friction welder until now. I'll inquire about that if i ever make more of these plates but I'm not sure the little machine shop that helped me out even has one.
