Rear reflector studs - replace?
I just bought a used one, it has no studs. Can I buy some to screw in? Was thinking any slightly oversized stud could work, didn’t know if there was a Porsche part number or if anyone has done this before.

That is a later version reflector which is retained by clips. They came after the early ones which had studs. What SAE year is shown on this reflector?

I guess it’s these things? Don’t like those, prefer bolt on. Has anyone ever converted to studs?

Part number 999 591 447 02 (pic didn’t load). The reason for me reluctance to use these is my car is an 87 and originally came with a different reflector that attaches from the top. Therefore I had to cut the holes into my steel panel (horizontally), and they may not be the exact shape of the clips.
If you’ve ever converted to studs let me know, otherwise I will try to make due.
