Windshield Washer Squirter

The passenger side windshield squirter does not work at all. The driver side one works on one of the two nozzles but not the other. Is there an easy way to unclog those four squirter nozzles (located in two plastic squirters on the cowl)?

Try using a pin and jam it in the hole.
Passenger side may be dead because of clogged check valve.
Search the forum, this was a recent thread

My passenger side nozzle never worked. My check valve flowed fine, so I replaced the driver side check valve and all was good. Except the pressure had to build up. Replacing the check valve on the passenger side worked. Recommend you get two new nozzles and two new check valves. I’d get new hose to, you can duct tape a string on the old hose to pull the new hose through. There is a bend down fab which you’ll need to move to get the old hose to move. Mine was right in front of the tach or the oil pressure gauge,

Hang on to the all the OEM parts Attaching the check valve and hoses etc. without the black “hoodie” attachment might be a real challenge. Oh and you’ll need to aim the new nozzles to keep to fluid from squirting on you G-floor.

Mine get a bit fussy like this at times too. If the trick with the pin doesn't work; blast it with the hose for a couple of minutes. It works every time with my cars. there isn't any point in getting complicated with fixes too soon if a blast with the hose will sort it.

No pin!!! It will distort the squirter and you will not have an acceptable spray pattern.

I would remove it and soak it in something like CLR to get rid of the corrosion. Corrosion seems to happen in a lot of locations throughout this little plumbing system. Trace out the hose routing of these squirters and you'll find a lot of leak points at the crimp clamps and especially at the pump itself.

I'm not sure about a SC like Super's but i'm pretty sure the later ones in Carreras and newer are heated? So the heating element also helps to create some corrosion in the nozzles.

No sticking in a pin or "jamming" anything in the hole.......
Soaking like KTL suggested is the way to go.

my hose was deteriorated, so getting it off the check valve caused it to rupture.
I also saw my squirters looked faded. So I went with all new instead of messing with fixing the 40 year old parts.

I think you can get all the goodies for under $50. So to me it was not worth my time.
Since my passenger side check valve flowed but did not check (ouch had to redo). Should have done all new the first time. But whatever

You can get all the parts for under $50 then add shipping of course. Just saying there is another way
