My ‘84 has them though the rubber plugs are partially hidden by the AC lines. As we’re going to be replacing them anyway, it’ll be a good time to install the pucks at the same time.

Both my ‘78 and long gone ‘86 had them. I can recall that the ‘86 was covered with lots of goop both inside and underneath so quite hard to find-about 1” in from the rear footwell outside corner and at the front where the wheel well meets the inside of the rocker.
