Steering Wheel Bearing Help

Hello,

I recently purchased a Mitch Lelend steering bushing and I think I received a defective item(too tight). In the process of installing/removing I think my bearing was damaged. What do you guys think - and how do I remove this bearing?

Too tight? What do you mean. You replaced the old one because it was too loose, right? What damage do you think you did?

Slip the steering wheel on. Wiggle the wheel to see what you feel in the way of play. Jack up the front so the wheels are off the ground. See if there is any binding or other bad feeling in the steering when you turn the wheel.
