1983 SC Running Rich

Hey everybody, I am stumped on this issue. Looking for suggestions on what to check
next. I have a 1983 911 Targa, all stock with SSI exhaust. A few weeks ago I washed and waxed it, ran great before that. After that it started running bad after about 30 seconds. It seams to be running extremely rich and misses. The distributor cap had water spots but that was it. I have checked everything I can think of, relays, hoses, even
did a smoke test. The car starts instantly and runs perfect for about 30 seconds hot or cold then changes to bad running. Has to be something simple. Any suggestions before I start replacing parts.

Time to get the blow dryer out and get the rest of the water inside the distributor.
