Need help determining if the interior side panels from a 79 SC
are the same as the 76 911 interior panels? I have a chance to purchase a set on ebay and I don't want to make a mistake. I need cinnamon coloured interior parts and not cork or light brown. My panels are considered 'Pig skin' and not 'Porsche Classic vinyl'.
What's a good price for these?

That price seems high. Especially considering they are the wrong color. Fitment, I don't know, but having removed these panels from my 75 (probably the same on your 76) they LOOK like they are they same.
To check, download the PET from Porsche for a midyear (74-77) as well as an SC (78-83) and compare the part numbers. Was your plan to buy these and re-skin them? Plus they are in the UK, out the door it seems like these would be close to $400 by the time they got to you and you would still need to recover. Why don't you put a WTB ad for your exact color, with a caveat of accepting ones that aren't so you can reupholster them in the right color. The panel itself is fiberglass if I remember. The only drawback is the rest of the interior is aged so you have brand new looking side panels with the rest of the interior faded.

Thanks, I couldn't tell from the pic. whether it was the right colour. I am planning on reskinning my black interior.
